At Techtrader, we pride ourselves on developing strong and long-lasting relationships with our customers and suppliers.

At Techtrader, we offer a minimum of 30 days return for every equipment sold on our website. Should you experience any problem with the equipment you ordered, we would be happy to cover the fees for the return, and your payment would be fully refunded.

You are of course allowed to change your mind, and the 30 days return policy also applies.

Techtrader will ship your equipment in a safe and secured box with appropriate protection, ensuring an absolutely safe travel for your product.

At Techtrader, we ship worldwide, generally with UPS, occasionally with Fedex or DHL. In every case, all our shipments are fully insured against loss or damage, and every package has a tracking number.

​

Thanks to the efficiency of UPS, delivery time is generally 2 or 3 days, and will never exceed 6 days, whatever the final destination.

Techtrader is the proud holder of the « Dotmed Certified » and « Dotmed 100 » labels since 2020, and has had 100% positive feedback on Ebay since 2016.
